Miami has gained momentum. We have even seen large corporations like SAB-MILLER moving its headquarters from Latam to Brickell.

We are passionate about living – from a morning run to trying a new recipe at home with friends – we want to be in the moment, 24 hours a day. We don’t want to waste time waiting for slow elevators, parking valets or in bumper-to-bumper traffic. Our time should be spent outdoors with family, and enjoying more sun from a unique rooftop.
